房室结慢径区域可视化策略指导下射频消融治疗房室结折返性心动过速的应用价值 被引量:1

The usefulness of radiofrequency ablation for atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia guided by a slow-path regional visualization strategy

摘要 目的比较房室结慢径区域可视化策略与传统策略指导下射频消融治疗房室结折返性心动过速的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析105例房室结折返性心动过速患者采用传统策略(对照组)或慢径区域可视化策略(试验组)进行射频消融治疗的手术参数和临床随访结果。结果两组患者基线资料无差异。试验组平均采集(627±176)个点的电位信息。试验组在消融次数[4(1,14)次vs 5(2,34)次,P=0.002]、消融总时间[241(98,668)s vs 338(102,1193)s,P=0.0036]、手术时间[40(23,68)min vs 55(25,129)min,P<0.0001]均明显短于对照组。对照组有1例发生并发症。平均随访(369±184)天两组均无复发患者。结论采用房室结慢径区域可视化策略进行射频消融能快速、安全、有效地治疗房室结折返性心动过速。 Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of radiofrequency ablation for atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia(AVNRT)guided by a slow-path region visualization strategy with that guided by a conventional strategy.Methods The procedural parameters and clinical follow-up results of radiofrequency ablation therapy in 105 patients with AVNRT using either a conventional strategy(control group)or a slow-path regional visualization strategy(test group)were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no difference in baseline between the two groups.A mean of(627±176)points of potential information were collected in the test group.The test group was significantly shorter than the control group in terms of the number of ablations[4(1,14)vs 5(2,34),P=0.002],total ablation time[241(98,668)s vs 338(102,1193)s,P=0.0036],and operative time[40(23,68)min vs 55(25,129)min,P<0.0001].There was one case of complication in the control group.There were no recurrent patients in both groups at a mean follow-up of(369±184)days.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation using a slow-path region visualization strategy can treat AVNRT quickly,safely,and effectively.
