摘要
目的针对手术区皮肤消毒进行探讨,分析加温聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘(PVP碘)的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年8月—2022年10月在本院行手术治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,按照患者自主意愿将其分为对照组和观察组,并展开调查研究,每组40例。在术前手术区皮肤消毒时,对照组患者使用常规PVP碘,观察组患者应用加温PVP碘,对两组患者的体温变化情况、术后发热及切口感染发生情况、心率及血压指标进行对比分析。结果两组患者的入室体温相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过消毒后体温、术中体温,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);统计两组患者的术后发热、切口感染发生率,观察组分别为2.50%、2.50%,低于对照组的10.00%、12.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过观察两组患者的心率与平均动脉压,观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于手术区皮肤的消毒,应用加温PVP碘的效果更为理想,可有效维持患者的术中体温,稳定心率与平均动脉压,降低术后发热及感染的发生风险,值得推广。
Objective To explore skin disinfection in the surgical area and analyze application effect of heated PVP iodine.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to their wishes randomly for investigation and study,with 40 cases in each group.During preoperative skin disinfection in the surgical area,the control group was treated with routine PVP iodine,while the observation group with heated PVP iodine.The temperature changes,postoperative fever and incision infection,heart rate and blood pressure indicators were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in temperature between two groups while entering the room(P>0.05).After disinfection,the observation group showed significantly better body temperature and intraoperative one than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative fever and incision infection between two groups was statistically significant,that of the observation group(2.50%,2.50%)was lower than the control group(10.00%,12.50%)(P<0.05).Heart rate and mean arterial pressure was observed between two groups,indicators in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Heated PVP iodine can achieve ideal skin disinfection effect in the surgical area,can maintain intraoperative body temperature,stabilize heart rate and mean arterial pressure,reduce the risk of postoperative fever and infection of patients effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
