南京栖霞山长江大桥桥区通航尺度复核研究

摘要 南京栖霞山长江大桥建成已近12 a,长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道建成后,桥区河段的水文条件、航道通过能力、通航船型尺度都发生一定变化。基于桥区航道概况与桥梁通航净空尺度原设计参数,根据航道布置与航标配布现状,结合航运实际和附近新建桥梁工程资料,按照新的通航要求和技术标准,对桥梁通航净空尺度和桥区航道尺度进行计算复核,验证原设计参数与新形势下通航需求的适应性。研究表明:通航水位、代表船队、净空高度等不能满足要求,通过研究调整相关技术参数,并提出桥梁、通航船舶管理和桥区航道布置及航标配布优化措施的建议,对当前及未来指引船舶安全通航,保障桥梁自身安全,发挥桥区航道效益具有指导意义。 The Qixiashan Yangtze River Bridge in Nanjing has been built for nearly 12 years.After the completion of the 12.5 m-deep channel downstream of Nanjing,the hydrological conditions,channel capacity,and ship navigation dimensions at the bridge section have undergone certain changes.Based on the overview of navigation channel in the bridge area and the original design parameters of the bridge dimensions of navigation clearance,according to the current situation of channel layout and navigation mark distribution,combined with the actual navigation conditions and data of nearby new bridges,according to the new navigation requirements and technical standards,the bridge dimensions of navigation clearance and the dimensions of the navigation channel in the bridge area were calculated and reviewed to verify the adaptability of the original design parameters to the navigation requirements under the new situation.Research shows that the navigable water level,representative fleet,and clearance height no longer meet the requirements.By studying and adjusting relevant technical parameters and proposing optimization measures for bridge and navigation vessel management,as well as bridge area channel layout and navigation mark distribution,it is of great guidance and reference significance for guiding the safe navigation of ships,ensuring the safety of the bridge itself and maximizing benefits of bridge area channel in the current and future.
