摘要
目的探究人文关怀护理(HNC)联合马斯洛需求层次理论(MHN)的健康管理在健康体检者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年12月至2024年11月于赣州市妇幼保健院187例参加健康检查的健康人群为被试者作为研究对象,将2023年12月至2024年5月采取常规健康管理的95例体检者纳入对照组,将2024年6月至11月采取NHC联合MHN的健康管理模式的92例体检者纳入观察组。观察组采用NHC联合MHN的健康管理模式,对照组采用常规体检护理模式。比较两组服务满意度、体检耗时、心理状况、突发事件发生情况。结果观察组纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组等待时长、生化检验排队时长、影像检查时长和总体检时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组突发事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取NHC联合MHN能有效提高体检效率,提高受检者体检满意度,提升体检者体检时的安全性,降低体检者抑郁焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing care(HNC)combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs(MHN)in health checkup participants.Methods A total of 187 healthy individuals undergoing health screenings at the Ganzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital between December 2023 and November 2024 were selected as research objects.A total of 95 physical examinees who received routine health management from December 2023 to May 2024 were included in the control group.A total of 92 physical examinees who adopted the health management model of NHC combined with MHN from June to November 2024 were included in the observation group.The observation group received the HNC combined with MHN health management model,while the control group received the conventional physical examination nursing model.The service satisfaction,physical examination duration,psychological status,and occurrence of unexpected events were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The waiting time,the queuing time for biochemical tests,the duration of imaging tests and the overall test duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of emergencies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of HNC combined with MHN can effectively improve the efficiency of physical examinations,enhance the satisfaction of individuals undergoing physical examinations,elevate their safety during the examination process,and reduce their depressive and anxious emotions.
