摘要
“五体”“八虚”理论出自《黄帝内经》。针对膝骨关节炎(KOA),本文基于“五体”“八虚”视角,提出KOA病机当以“虚”为本源,而见“不通”之气血瘀滞、“不荣”之筋脉失养及“不正”之骨节错位;其治疗之法在于“调和”,在以“筋”“骨”“肉”并重的基础上重视对“脉”的调养,以治肾为主,兼理肝脾对KOA进行分层中医康复。本文通过构建“五体-经络-脏腑-八虚”辨证框架为KOA中医康复提供新思路,制订个性化骨伤康复方案,以进一步体现中医康复优势。
The theory of“five body constituents”and“eight deficiency”comes from Huangdi Neijing.In view of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),based on the perspective of“five body constituents”and“eight deficiency”,this article proposes that the pathogenesis of KOA should be based on“deficiency”,while see“stoppage”of qi and blood stasis,“unglorious”tendons and veins out of support,and“wrong”bone segment dislocation;its treatment lies in“harmony”,and attention should be paid to the recuperation of“vessel”on the basis of paying equal attention to“tendon”,“bone”,and“meat”,mainly treating kidney,regulating liver and spleen for stratified traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation of KOA.This article provides new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation of KOA by constructing“five body constituents-channel-zang fu viscera-eight deficiency”syndrome differentiation framework,and developing personalized bone injury rehabilitation plans to further reflect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation.
