摘要
现代化的雷弹武器技术保障方式变得更为先进高效,雷弹技术保障岗位的任职需求开始向“理解研判型”转变,装设备技术原理和检测机理成为实践能力培养的重点。提出“紧扣保障原理、注重理解探究”的教学理念和“理实结合、操研互补”的思路模式,在教学中采取突出装设备的全面掌握、保障原理的全程存在、常见问题的分析处置、维护使用的严谨规范和质询答辩的考核模式等方法措施,确保学员深刻理解相关测试过程和使用维护要求,具备分析处置一般问题的能力,具有全面系统的岗位综合实践能力。
The technology support methods of modern torpedo&missile have become more advanced and efficient,the performance demand of the job positions of technology support for torpedo&missile began to change to the“type of understanding and judging”,the technical principle and detection mechanism of equipment have become the focus of practical ability training.The“keeping closely to the guarantee principle,paying attention to understanding and exploration”teaching idea and the“theory and practice are combined,operation and research complement each other”thinking pattern are made.The methods are taken in teaching,these include the comprehensive grasp of the equipment,the whole existence of the guarantee principle,the analysis and treatment of common problems,the strict norms of maintenance and use,and the examination mode of the inquiry defense.These methods ensure that students have a deep understanding of the relevant detection process and maintenance requirements,have the ability to analyze and deal with general problems,and build a comprehensive and systematic practical ability.
