摘要
文章以低净空环境下对垂直精度要求高的钢管柱托换桩施工项目为例,从设备选型、成孔方式、钢管孔口分段连接、钢筋笼与钢管柱连接、钢管柱垂直度控制、混凝土浮灌高度控制等方面着手,提出了托换桩施工方案,以期为类似立柱桩或钢管桩施工项目提供参考和借鉴。
Taking the construction project of steel pipe column underpinning piles with high vertical accuracy requirement in low clearance environment as an example,this paper puts forward the construction scheme for underpinning piles from the aspects of equipment selection,hole forming methods,segmented connection of steel pipe orifices,connection between steel reinforcement cage and steel pipe columns,verticality control of steel pipe columns and height control of buoyancy-based concrete pouring,so as to provide reference for similar column pile or steel pipe pile construction projects.
