摘要
针对高压开关柜动静触头接触情况的复杂多变性,以及在有偏差和无偏差情况下动静触头啮合距离检测结果的不精确问题,提出了一种基于激光测距技术的带电检测方法。设计触头啮合深度检测的激光测距装置,计算接收透镜在基准距离变化后的物距和像距,推测被测开关柜动静触头啮合深度的距离变化。结合激光测距原理,将激光测距装置安装于开关柜动触头,利用信号和光波的往返时间计算动静触头之间的接触深度,从而实现带电检测。实验结果表明,该方法无偏差状态啮合距离变化范围为0~0.45 mm,有偏差状态啮合距离变化范围为3.5~3.9 mm。
Aiming at the complexity and variability of the contact conditions of static and dynamic contacts of high voltage switchgear and the inaccuracy of the detection results of the engagement distance of static and dynamic contacts with and without deviation,a live detection method based on laser ranging technology is proposed.Design a laser ranging device for detecting the depth of contact engagement,calculate the object distance and image distance of the receiving lens after the reference distance changes,and speculate the distance changes of the engagement depth of the dynamic and static contacts in the tested switchgear.Based on the principle of laser ranging,the laser ranging device is installed on the moving contacts of the switchgear,and the contact depth between the moving and stationary contacts is calculated using the round⁃trip time of signals and light waves,thereby achieving live detection.The experimental results show that the range of meshing distance variation in the unbiased state is 0~0.45 mm,and the range of meshing distance variation in the biased state is 3.5~3.9 mm.
