摘要
新能源汽车在量产阶段频发的品质问题直接影响用户驾驶体验及整车安全性、可靠性。为系统解决该难题,本文以“小鹏品质问题解析六步法”为方法论,聚焦量产阶段三大核心品质问题,提出可复制的技术路径与管理对策。
The frequent quality problems of new energy vehicles during the mass production stage directly affect the driving experience of users and the safety and reliability of the entire vehicle.To systematically address this challenge,this article adopts the"Six-step Method for Analyzing Quality Issues of Xiaopeng"as the methodology,focusing on the three core quality problems in the mass production stage,and proposes replicable technical paths and management countermeasures.
