基于李雅普诺夫优化的作战信息网络任务分配方法

摘要 智能化作战体系数据海量异质特征对作战信息网络任务分配的有效性提出了严峻挑战。为此,提出了一种基于李雅普诺夫优化的作战信息网络任务分配方法。首先,基于数据流特征构建了作战信息网络模型,并对作战信息网络的任务分配模型进行设计,定义任务分配方案的方差为负载均衡程度指标。接着,采用李雅普诺夫漂移加惩罚函数来优化任务分配问题。最后,通过仿真模拟验证该方法的有效性。启发式任务分配方法和所提新算法得到的任务分配的均值方差分别为5.487 6和4.438 1。实验结果表明,新算法在保证系统平均效益不变或极少量损失的前提下,能够有效平衡任务完成率,提升任务分配的整体效率和稳定性。 The massive heterogeneous characteristics of intelligent combat system data pose a severe challenge to the effectiveness of task allocation of combat information network.For this purpose,a method for mission allocation in combat information networks based on Lyapunov optimization was proposed.Firstly,a combat information network model was constructed based on data flow characteristics,and the mission allocation model for combat information networks was designed,with the variance of the mission allocation scheme defined as an indicator of load balancing.Subsequently,Lyapunov drift plus a penalty function was employed to optimize the mission allocation problem.Finally,simulations were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The mean variances of the mission allocations obtained by the heuristic mission allocation method and the newly proposed algorithm were 5.4876 and 4.4381,respectively.The experimental results demonstrated that the new algorithm could effectively balance the mission completion rate and enhance the overall efficiency and stability of mission allocation,with little or no loss to the average system benefit.
