复合化学处理对小麦秸秆营养成分及体外发酵效果的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究复合化学处理对小麦秸秆营养成分及体外发酵效果的影响。采用单因素试验设计,对照组未对小麦秸秆进行预处理,另外3个试验组分别对小麦秸秆进行碱化处理、氨化处理、复合化学处理(碱化+氨化),每个处理方式分3个重复,每个重复5个处理样本。试验组采用浸泡法,将小麦秸秆在对应溶液中常温浸泡72 h,测定常规营养成分,并计算粗饲料分级指数。另外,选取4只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康肉羊作为瘤胃液供体,分别测定不同处理小麦秸秆的体外发酵效果。结果表明:(1)复合化学处理组粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),粗饲料分级指数极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。碱化处理组、氨化处理组粗饲料分级指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,碱化处理组、氨化处理组各阶段的体外产气量均显著提高(P<0.05),复合化学处理组各阶段的体外产气量均极显著提高(P<0.01)。(3)复合化学处理组氨态氮、乙酸、丙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且乙酸浓度显著高于碱化处理组、氨化处理组(P<0.05)。综上所述,复合化学处理能提高小麦秸秆的营养价值,并通过提高产气量、氨态氮和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度改善体外发酵效果。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of combined chemical treatments on nutritional components and in vitro fermentation of wheat straw.Adopting a single factor experimental design,the control group did not receive pre-treatment on wheat straw,while the other three experimental groups received alkali treatment,ammonification treatment,and combined chemical treatments(alkali+ammonification)on wheat straw,respectively.Each treatment is divided into 3 repetitions,with 5 samples processed for each repetition.Three experimental groups used the soaking method to soak wheat straw in the corresponding solution at room temperature for 72 hours,measure the conventional nutritional components,and calculate the roughage grading index.In addition,4 healthy sheep with permanent rumen fistulas were selected as rumen fluid donors to determine the in vitro fermentation effects of different treatments of wheat straw.Results:(1)The crude protein content in the combined chemical treatments group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GI in the combined chemical treatments group was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the GI in both the alkaliand ammoniation treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the in vitro gas production at all stages was significantly increased in the alkali and ammoniation treatment group(P<0.05),and extremely significantly increased in the combined chemical treatments group at all stages(P<0.01).(3)The concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,acetic acid,propionic acid,and total volatile fatty acids in the combined chemical treatments group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the concentration of acetic acid was significantly higher than that in the alkali treatment group and ammonification treatment group(P<0.05).In conclusion,combined chemical treatments can improve the nutritional value of wheat straw and enhance in vitro fermentation by increasing gas production,ammonia nitrogen,and total volatile fatty acid concentrations.
