人工智能在饲料企业应收款风险管理中的应用研究

摘要 在饲料行业市场竞争加剧的背景下,赊销策略虽推动企业销售增长,但应收款规模扩大、坏账风险上升,严重威胁企业财务稳定性。鉴于此,本文聚焦人工智能技术在饲料企业应收款风险管理中的应用研究。首先,分析饲料企业应收款管理现状,指出客户分散、回款周期长等问题,以及外部市场波动与内部管理不足带来的风险。其次,阐述人工智能在风险管理中的显著优势,如利用多维度数据与先进算法提升客户信用评估精度,通过预测客户还款行为优化催收策略,并实现潜在风险的实时预警。最后,详细探讨人工智能的具体应用路径,涵盖构建客户信用评估模型、开发智能催收系统、搭建风险预警监控平台,以及智能化账龄分析与资金预测,以期为饲料企业运用人工智能技术优化应收款管理,提升资金周转效率,实现可持续发展提供实践指导。 Against the backdrop of intensified competition in the feed industry,while credit sales strategies have driven sales growth for enterprises,they have also led to an expansion of accounts receivable and an increase in bad debt risks,posing a significant threat to corporate financial stability.In response,this paper focuses on the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the management of accounts receivable risks in feed enterprises.Firstly,it analyzes the current state of accounts receivable management in feed enterprises,highlighting issues such as dispersed customer bases and long payment cycles,as well as risks arising from external market fluctuations and internal management deficiencies.Subsequently,it elaborates on the notable advantages of AI in risk management,including the enhancement of customer credit assessment accuracy through multidimensional data and advanced algorithms,the optimization of collection strategies based on predictions of customer repayment behavior,and the real-time early warning of potential risks.Furthermore,it delves into the specific application pathways of AI,encompassing the construction of customer credit assessment models,the development of intelligent collection systems,the establishment of risk early warning and monitoring platforms,and the realization of intelligent aging analysis and fund forecasting,aiming to provide practical guidance for feed enterprises to leverage AI technology to optimize accounts receivable management,enhance capital turnover efficiency,and achieve sustainable development.
