摘要
数字能力是跨境电商企业获取海外客户、提升品牌知名度以及影响力的重要手段。河南跨境电商企业在数字化能力建设方面面临诸多问题,通过引入层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)构建数字能力评价体系,旨在帮助企业精准识别短板并合理调配资源,助力豫品出海从数量阶段向价值阶段迈进,为跨境电商企业数字化转型提供兼具科学性与地域适配性的理论支撑。
Digital capability is crucial for cross-border E-commerce enterprises to acquire overseas customers and enhance brand awareness and influence.Cross-border E-commerce enterprises in Henan face numerous challenges in building digital capabilities.This study constructs a digital capability evaluation system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to help enterprises accurately identify weaknesses,allocate resources rationally,and promote the"going global"of Henan products from the quantity-oriented stage to the value-oriented stage.It provides scientific and regionally adaptable theoretical support for the digital transformation of cross-border E-commerce enterprises.
