数字乡村建设重塑农业新质生产力的路径研究——基于fsQCA的组态分析

摘要 基于马克思主义生产力理论与技术—组织—环境(TOE)理论框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以2012—2022年我国31个省份(港澳台地区除外)的截面数据为案例样本,对农业新质生产力的组态效应,以及时间演变趋势和空间组态差异进行分析。研究发现:存在6个前因条件影响农业新质生产力,单一条件不是实现高农业新质生产力发展的必要条件;识别出3条高农业新质生产力驱动路径,2条非高农业新质生产力驱动路径;农业新质生产力发展的驱动路径存在显著的空间异质性,东部地区依赖组织—环境协同驱动农业新质生产力发展;中西部地区侧重技术—组织协同驱动农业新质生产力发展;从时间演变趋势来看,农业新质生产力的高发展高度依赖技术创新与组织模式、环境要素的协同联动,且技术要素在推动农业新质生产力发展中发挥着越来越关键的作用。据此,各地区应进一步巩固核心优势并补足短板、因地制宜优化空间布局、动态调整时序政策重心和破解低水平地区多重制约,以实现数字乡村建设赋能农业新质生产力全面提升。 Based on the Marxist theory of productive forces and the theoretical framework of Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE),this study adopts the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)method to analyze the configurational effects of new quality productive forces in agriculture,as well as their temporal evolution trends and spatial configurational differences.The analysis uses cross-sectional data from 31 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2012 to 2022 as case samples.The research findings show that there are 6 antecedent conditions affecting new quality productive forces in agriculture,and no single factor is a necessary condition for achieving the development of high-level new quality productive forces in agriculture.Three driving paths for high-level new quality productive forces in agriculture and two driving paths for non-high-level new quality productive forces in agriculture are identified.The driving paths for the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture exhibit spatial heterogeneity:the eastern regions rely on the synergistic drive of"organization-environment"to promote the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture;the central and western regions focus on the linked drive of"technology-organization"for such development.From the perspective of temporal evolution trends,the high-level development of new quality productive forces in agriculture is highly dependent on the synergistic linkage between technological innovation,organizational models,and environmental factors,and technological factors are playing an increasingly critical role in promoting the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture.Accordingly,this study suggests that all regions should further consolidate their core advantages,make up for shortcomings,optimize spatial layouts according to local conditions,dynamically adjust the focus of time-sequential policies,and break through multiple constraints in low-level regions,so as to realize the empowerment of digital rural construction for the comprehensive improvement of new quality productive forces in agriculture.
