摘要
运用文献计量学方法及CiteSpace工具,对2010—2024年CNKI与WOS数据库中青少年体质健康研究的1100篇中文文献与576篇外文文献进行可视化分析比较。结果表明,国内外研究均聚焦身体活动对健康的促进作用,但国内以政策驱动为主,更多关注“学校体育”“健康中国”等系统性干预;国外则侧重于个体健康,如“obesity”“mental health”等公共卫生问题研究。研究趋势上,国内前沿集中于“大数据”“体医融合”等技术赋能,国外聚焦精细化健康管理及心理健康议题。学科分布上,国内以体育科学、教育学为主,国外呈现多学科交叉特征。建议强化宏观政策与微观行为研究有机融合,关注差异化群体精细化研究,建立跨学科研究协同机制,推动数智技术赋能,以提升我国青少年体质健康研究质效。
With bibliometric methods and CiteSpace tools,a visual analysis and comparison were conducted on 1100 Chinese and 576 foreign literatures on adolescent physical health in CNKI and WOS databases from 2010 to 2024.The result shows that both domestic and foreign researches have focused on the promoting effects of physical activities on health.With more attention paid to systematic interventions such as"School Sports"and"Healthy China",policy driven interventions are the main focus in China,but the focus abroad is on individual health,such as research on public health issues such as"obesity"and"mental health".In terms of research trends,the domestic forefront focuses on technology empowerment such as"big data"and"integration of sports and medicine",while foreign countries focus on refined health management and mental health issues.In terms of disciplinary distribution,sports science and education are the main disciplines in China,while abroad exhibits interdisciplinary characteristics.It is suggested to strengthen the organic integration of macro policies and micro behavior research,pay attention to the refined research of differentiated groups,establish interdisciplinary research collaboration mechanisms,promote the empowerment of digital technology,and improve the quality and efficiency of research on adolescent physical health in China.
