摘要
电动自行车在城市居民出行方式中所占的比例持续增加,但目前我国非机动车道的建设管理仍按照自行车标准执行。由于电动自行车的性能远超现有规范中对非机动车的最大纵坡要求,有必要针对电动自行车的通行坡度开展专项研究。现通过建立电动自行车动力学模型,对上坡速度、下坡制动力要求、制动距离等参数进行分析计算。结果表明,电动自行车的最大纵坡可放宽至5%,困难情况下,在采取防滑措施后,还可继续酌情增加。对上海市部分实际案例的调研分析表明,电动自行车采用5%最大纵坡具有初步的可实施性,可供相关工程规划设计与交通管理借鉴参考。
The proportion of electric bicycles in urban residents'travel modes continues to increase,but currently,the construction and management of non-motorized lanes in China are still implemented according to bicycle standards.Because the performance of electric bicycles far exceeds the maximum longitudinal slope requirements for non-motor vehicles in the existing specifications,it is necessary to carry out special research on the traffic gradient of electric bicycles.In this paper,parameters such as uphill speed,downhill braking force requirements,and braking distance are analyzed and calculated by establishing an electric bicycle dynamics model.The calculation shows that the maximum longitudinal slope for electric bicycles can be relaxed to 5%,which can be increased as appropriate after anti-skid measures are taken in difficult circumstances.The investigation and analysis of some actual cases in Shanghai show that the use of a 5%maximum longitudinal slope for electric bicycles has preliminary feasibility,which can be used as a reference for the planning and design of related projects and traffic management.
