摘要
职业本科教育作为中国特色现代职业教育体系纵向贯通的关键一环,是创新型复合型技术技能人才培养的主阵地,也是赋能教育强国建设的重要教育类型。以我国32所职业本科院校为研究对象,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法从基础办学贡献度、人才培养贡献度、科研转换贡献度、社会服务贡献度和国际影响贡献度五个方面揭示职业本科院校推动教育强国建设的因果路径,提炼出资源托举型、特色驱动型和综合迈进型三类建设模式,在此基础上明晰高强国贡献度职业本科院校的特征及运行规律。教育强国背景下职业本科院校在建设过程中应处理好“行政催熟”与“天然成熟”、“社会认同”与“社会服务”、“中国特色”与“世界一流”之间的平衡,助推职业本科教育高质量发展,加快教育强国建设,以教育强国赋能中国式现代化向纵深推进。
As a critical component in vertically articulating the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,vocational undergraduate education serves as the main front for cultivating innovative compound technical and skilled talents,as well as an important educational type empowering the construction of a leading country in education.Taking 32 vocational undergraduate colleges in China as the research subject,this study employs fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to reveal the causal pathways through which these colleges contribute to building a leading country in education.The analysis focuses on five dimensions:foundational institutional contribution,talent cultivation contribution,research conversion contribution,social service contribution,and international influence contribution.Three construction models are identified:resource-supported,feature-driven,and comprehensive-advancement.Based on this,the characteristics and operational mechanisms of vocational undergraduate colleges with high national strength contribution are clarified.Under the background of building a leading country in education,vocational undergraduate colleges should balance"administrative acceleration"and"natural maturation","social recognition"and"social services",as well as"Chinese characteristics"and"world-class standards"during their development process.This will promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education,accelerate the construction of a strong education system,and empower the deeper advancement of Chinese modernization through educational strength.
