摘要
在水泥工艺设计领域,非标算量工作长期受困于传统模式的双重桎梏:人工手动计算需在海量图纸中反复比对参数,不仅耗时费力,更因主观判断差异导致精度波动;而主流BIM工具Revit虽具备三维建模优势,却因缺乏行业定制化接口,无法直接解析非标的异形曲面、复合材质等复杂属性,导致算量数据与工程实际存在显著断层。通过Revit API和C#语言进行二次开发,以材质编码为核心,融合三维几何算法与工程计量规则,实现了非标模型的校审和非标明细表的自动生成。实际应用表明,基于Revit平台的水泥工艺设计非标算量自动统计解决方案能有效地确保非标算量的时效性和结果的准确性。
In the field of cement process design,non-standard calculation work has long been trapped in the double shackles of the traditional model:manual calculation needs to repeatedly compare parameters in massive drawings,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also causes accuracy fluctuations due to subjective judgment differences.Although the mainstream BIM tool Revit has the advantages of three-dimensional modeling,it is unable to directly analyze the complex attributes such as non-standard special-shaped surfaces and composite materials due to the lack of industry customized interfaces,resulting in a significant gap between the calculation data and the engineering practice.Through the secondary development of RevitAPI and C#language,the material coding is taken as the core,and the three-dimensional geometric algorithm and engineering measurement rules are integrated to realize the calibration of non-standard models and the automatic generation of non-labeled detailed tables.The practical application shows that the automatic statistical solution of non-standard calculation amount of cement process design based on Revit platform can effectively ensure the timeliness of non-standard calculation amount and the accuracy of results.
