摘要
白水泥的C_(3)A、C4AF含量较低,早期水化速度偏慢,3d强度偏低,这限制了其在装饰工程中的广泛应用。为提高白水泥早期强度,研制出一种专用于白水泥的助磨剂,并进行小磨试验和工业化大磨试验。结果表明,使用专用助磨剂后台产提高15%以上,电耗降低4kWh/t以上,3d强度提高4.7MPa。激光粒度分析结果表明,专用助磨剂改善了白水泥粉体颗粒级配;水化热结果表明,专用助磨剂促进了C_(3)S、C_(2)S的早期水化速率。
Due to the low content of C3 A and C4 AF,the early hydration rate of white cement is slow,and the 3d strength is low,which limits its wide application in decoration engineering.In order to improve the early strength of white cement,a special grinding aid for white cement was developed,and the small grinding test and industrial large grinding test were carried out.The results show that the background production of the special grinding aid is increased by more than 15%,the power consumption is reduced by more than 4 kWh/t,and the 3d strength is increased by 4.7 MPa.The results of laser particle size analysis show that the special grinding aid improves the particle size distribution of white cement powder.The results of hydration heat show that the special grinding aids promote the early hydration rate of C_(3)S and C_(2)S.
