摘要
大肠杆菌O157:H7作为高危食源性致病菌,其快速检测对食源性疾病防控至关重要。本文针对食品中大肠杆菌O157:H7的快速检测,分析了免疫分析、分子生物学等方法的灵敏度和成本差异,力求能为不同检测需求提供方法选择依据。
Food safety is closely related to public health.As a high-risk foodborne pathogen,rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 is crucial for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.This article focuses on the rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in food,compares and analyzes the sensitivity and cost differences of methods such as immunoassay and molecular biology,and strives to provide a basis for method selection for different detection needs.
