废太阳能电池片熔炼再生硅中铅、铋赋存状态及其在典型酸中的溶解行为

摘要 解析了铅和铋在单质硅中的物相赋存状态,对比了含铅和含铋杂质相在典型酸介质中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明:铅和铋主要以Pb-Bi合金相的形式存在于单质硅中,而Pb-Bi合金相在氢氟酸中的化学稳定性较高、在盐酸和王水中的溶解度较高。王水在去除铅和铋方面具有良好效果,具体为:采用浓度为8 mol/L的王水,在80℃下对0.1%Pb-0.1%Bi-Si样品浸出6 h,对铅和铋杂质的去除率分别达到88.85%和89.42%。本研究结果为退役太阳能电池片熔炼再生硅的酸浸提纯制备有机用硅提供了技术参考。 The existence state of lead and bismuth in elemental silicon was analyzed,and the corrosion behavior of lead and bismuth impurity phases in typical acids was compared.The results show that lead and bismuth mainly exist in the form of Pb-Bi alloy phase in elemental silicon,and the Pb-Bi alloy phase has high chemical stability in hydrofluoric acid,but good solubility in hydrochloric acid and aqua regia.Aqua regia shows significant advantages in removing lead and bismuth specifically manifested as after 6 h of leaching at 80℃with 8 mol/L aqua regia,the removal rates of lead and bismuth impurities reached 88.85%and 89.42%,respectively.The recycled silicon through acid washing purification of retired solar cells can be used in producing organosilicon.
