磨料流加工的流场压差均匀性研究

摘要 剖析了磨料流流场压差不均匀性的成因,依据Preston方程推导得到了压差与材料去除量的函数关系。采用Fluent软件数值模拟了入口压力、工件直径、磨料粘度对三段区域流场压差的影响规律。研究表明:入口压力和工件直径越大,压差均匀性越差;增大磨料粘度有利于压差的均匀性;工艺参数对压差均匀性影响显著程度为入口压力>磨料粘度>工件直径。进一步地,以工件直径为变量进行磨料流加工实验,分析了压差对不同加工区域材料去除/均匀性的作用机制。 Non-uniformity of flow field pressure difference during abrasive machining process is analyzed.Combined with Preston equation,relationship between differential pressure and material removal is obtained.Influence of inlet pressure,workpiece diameter and abrasive viscosity on flow field pressure difference is numerically simulated by using Fluent software.Results show that,the greater inlet pressure and workpiece diameter,the worse uniformity of pressure difference,and increasing abrasive viscosity is conducive to improving uniformity of pressure difference.Process parameters have a significant influence on the uniformity of differential pressure:inlet pressure>abrasive viscosity>workpiece diameter.Further,abrasive flow machining test with workpiece diameter as a variable is conducted,and effect of pressure difference on material removal/uniformity in different processing areas is analyzed.
