摘要
对光伏压延玻璃花纹的长度、宽度、面积等数据进行分析,发现其对花纹形态、生产工艺、花纹成型过程、压延辊质量等方面都有着重要的影响。通过取样对花纹的形态进行调查,分析了花纹变形的原因以及对玻璃质量的影响,包括花纹深度变浅、胶膜打滑、目数变化、透过率降低、镀层脱落、应力不均匀造成微裂纹等,为同类问题提供参考。
Analysis of photovoltaic embossed glass patterns reveals critical factors affecting their dimensions(length,width,and area),including pattern morphology,manufacturing processes,forming techniques,and roller quality.Through sampling analysis of pattern morphology,this study identifies deformation causes and their impacts on glass quality,such as reduced embossing depth,adhesive film slippage,mesh size variations,decreased light transmittance,coating peeling,and microcracks caused by stress distribution imbalance.The findings provide valuable references for addressing similar technical challenges.
