摘要
在不断加剧的气候变暖面前,碳中和远远不是终点。平板玻璃行业作为能源密集型产业,二氧化碳释放量大。近年我国玻璃工业CO_(2)总排放量呈现逐年升高的趋势,如果不实施碳减排、碳捕集等技术,几乎不可能实现碳中和的目标。综合分析了我国平板玻璃产业实现零碳排放途径及需要采取的模式,玻璃工业的减碳排放到零碳排放是一个渐进的过程,需要采用生产过程的全方位降碳与烟气排放的末端碳捕集相结合的方式。
In the face of increasingly severe global warming,carbon neutrality is far from the ultimate goal.As an energy-intensive industry,the flat glass sector generates significant CO_(2) emissions.In recent years,China's glass industry has shown a year-by-year increasing trend in total CO_(2) emissions.Without the implementation of carbon reduction technologies and carbon capture measures,it would be virtually impossible to achieve carbon neutrality targets.This paper comprehensively analyzes the pathways and implementation models required for flat glass industry in China to achieve zero carbon emissions.Achieving carbon neutrality in the glass industry is a gradual process.It requires a combination of comprehensive carbon reduction throughout the production processes and end-of-pipe carbon capture from flue gas emissions.
