摘要
当前,我国经济已进入高质量发展新阶段,而高质量就业是其关键支撑。然而,“低欲望”现象在当代大学生群体中蔓延,对大学生就业心理产生干扰,阻碍大学生高质量就业。文章采用访谈法,探究如何通过有效的干预措施帮助大学生构建积极、健康的就业心理。研究发现,“低欲望”现象对大学生就业心理的干扰主要表现为职业目标模糊、就业动力减弱、自我效能感降低以及应对压力方式消极等,其成因可归结于个体心理调节与社会系统影响的共同作用。基于此,提出“四位一体”的调适体系:以内在心理调节为核心基点,培养大学生应对压力的积极方式;以家庭期望调适为情感支点,增强科学化家庭职业引导与支持;以高校就业教育改革为实践重点,建立融合性就业指导支持体系;以社会环境优化为制度保障,形成良好的就业氛围,帮助大学生高质量就业。
At present,China’s economy has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and high-quality employment is its key support.However,the phenomenon of“low desire”is spreading among contemporary college students,which interferes with their employment psychology and hinders their high-quality employment.This paper adopts the interview method to explore how to help college students’employment psychology through effective interventions.It is found that the phenomenon of“low desire”mainly manifests itself in the form of blurred career goals,weakened employment motivation,reduced self-efficacy,and negative ways of coping with stress,etc.The causes can be attributed to the combined effects of individual psychological regulation and social system influence.Based on this,a“four-in-one”adjustment system is proposed:taking inner psychological adjustment as the core base to cultivate positive ways for college students to cope with stress;taking family expectation adjustment as the emotional fulcrum to enhance scientific family career guidance and support;taking college employment education reform as the practical focus to establish an integrated employment guidance support system;and taking optimization of the social environment as the institutional guarantee to form a good career guidance system.With the optimization of the social environment as the institutional guarantee,a good employment atmosphere has been formed to help college students find high-quality employment.
