摘要
在微Mo成分设计基础上采用TMCP+T(回火)和Q+T(淬火+回火)两种不同工艺来生产485 MPa级新型耐候钢A709 HPS485W,并对其金相组织、力学性能进行对比。结果表明:TMCP+T工艺生产钢板的组织由贝氏体和铁素体组成,具有高强度、低屈强比、高耐腐蚀性能和经济性的特点;Q+T工艺生产钢板的组织由回火贝氏体+回火索氏体组成,具有高强度、高耐腐蚀性能的特点。
On the basis of micro-molybdenum composition design,the new type of 485 MPa grade weathering steel A709 HPS485W is produced by the two different processes of TMCP+tempering and quenching+tempering,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel are compared.The results show that the microstructure of the steel plate produced by TMCP+tempering process is composed of bainite and ferrite with the features of high strength,low yield to tensile ratio,high weathering and economy.The microstructure of the steel plate produced by quenching+tempering process is composed of bainite and tempered sorbite with the features of tempered high strength and high weather resistance.
