摘要
内科疾病种类繁多,症状各异,严重影响患者身心健康。中医药治疗具有辨证论治、异病同治的优势。王树槐教授认为百病生于气,现代社会节奏快,各种因素都会影响肝气的调畅,肝气失于升发宣泄,日久则造成肝郁气滞,由肝致病,知肝传脾,导致各种疾病产生。文章总结了王树槐教授从肝脾论治内科杂病的临证经验,从病因病机、临证经验出发,系统阐述王树槐教授诊治月经不调、湿疹、癌病、口疮等疾病的诊疗思路。笔者通过四则医案,对王树槐教授运用逍遥散治疗临床各类内科杂症有了更深的理解。
Internal diseases are diverse and present with varied symptoms,significantly impacting patients'physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine excels in differential diagnosis and treatment,as well as treating different diseases with the same therapy.Professor Wang Shuhuai believes that all diseases originate from liver qi disturbances.In modern society,fast-paced living and various factors can affect the smooth flow of liver qi.When liver qi fails to ascend and disperse properly,it eventually leads to stagnation and obstruction,causing diseases.Understanding the transmission of liver disease to the spleen is crucial for diagnosing and treating various illnesses.This article summarizes Professor Wang's clinical experience in treating miscellaneous internal diseases through the lens of liver-spleen theory,elaborating on his diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for conditions such as menstrual irregularities,eczema,cancer,and oral ulcers.Through four medical cases,I have gained a deeper understanding of Professor Wang's use of Xiaoyao Powder in treating various internal disorders.
