摘要
小儿抽动症是一种较为难治的儿科常见疾病之一,其发病率逐年上升,好发于2~18岁儿童,王树国教授认为本病多为肝脾受损所致,属于本虚标实。文章从肝脾二脏出发,围绕“血”和“燥”,结合脾燥风动理论,以王树国教授“模块处方法”为主,针刺治疗为辅,探讨其病因病机及治法,并总结王树国教授治疗小儿多发性抽动症多年经验。
Pediatric Tourette Syndrome is one of the more difficult to treat common pediatric diseases,its incidence is increasing year by year,preferably in children aged 2 to 18 years old,Professor Wang Shuguo believes that this disease is mostly caused by damage to the liver and spleen,which belongs to the deficiency of this standard,this paper starts from the liver and spleen organs,centering around the“blood”and“dryness”.This article starts from the two organs of liver and spleen,focuses on“blood”and“dryness”,combines the theory of spleen dryness and wind movement,focuses on Prof.Wang Shuguo's“modular approach”,supplemented by acupuncture treatment,discusses the etiology and mechanism of this disease and its treatment,and sums up Prof.Wang's many years of experience in the treatment of pediatric Tourette's Syndrome.
