Objective To investigate the effect of continuity of care based on the Doda Theory in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods 79 patients who underwent HSCT in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a routine group(routine continuity of care,39 cases)and a study group(continuity of care based on the Doda Theory,40 cases)according to different nursing modes.Compare the coping strategies, emotional states, and mastery of daily nursing knowledge between two groups. Results After intervention, the study group had lower scores for surrender and avoidance in coping strategies compared to the control group, and higher scores for coping strategies compared to the control group(P<0.05);The negative mood score of the research group was lower than that of the control group, while the positive mood score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The mastery of daily nursing knowledge in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing continuity of care based on the Doda Theory for HSCT patients can improve coping strategies, regulate mood states, and increase their mastery of daily nursing knowledge.
