摘要
目的探究精神分裂症患者应用氯丙嗪和阿立哌唑治疗对血脂水平的影响。方法将本院自2022年1月—2023年12月收治的50例精神分裂症患者纳入研究。采用盲摸双色球法分为实验组和参照组,每组25例患者。参照组行氯丙嗪治疗,实验组行阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组的阴性症状情况、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组阴性症状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后1个月、2个月及3个月阴性症状水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组血脂水平中TC、TG、HDL及LDL水平均低于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生情况少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比氯丙嗪,阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者的效果更好,对血脂水平影响较小,而且不良反应少,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of chlorpromazine and aripiprazole treatment on blood lipids in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Fifty patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a blind draw method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chlorpromazine,while the experimental group was treated with aripiprazole.Negative symptom status,blood lipid levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in negative symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of negative symptoms in the experimental group at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TC,TG,HDL,and LDL in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with chlorpromazine,aripiprazole is more effective in treating patients with schizophrenia,has less impact on blood lipid levels,and causes fewer adverse reactions,making it safer and worthy of promotion.
