摘要
目的分析产科产后出血患者应用米索前列醇的效果。方法选取2024年2月—2025年2月本院产科治疗的126例产后出血患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组63例患者。其中,对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组采用米索前列醇治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组凝血功能、血清学指标、出血量、氧化应激、炎症因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产后出血患者的治疗中,应用米索前列醇可取得显著疗效,其应用价值明确。
Objective To analyze the value of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics.Methods From February 2024 to February 2025,126 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in the obstetrics department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with misoprostol.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the coagulation function,serological indicators,blood loss,oxidative stress,and inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage patients has significant efficacy and definite value.
