摘要
目的分析调强适形放疗加后装放疗联合化疗在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月本院收治的86例中晚期宫颈癌患者进行分析,将患者随机分为两组,每组43例患者。其中,对照组采用调强适形放疗联合化疗的治疗策略,观察组则接受调强适形放疗、后装放疗以及化疗的综合治疗。通过对两组的近期临床疗效、1年内随访的临床指标(包括复发率、转移率和总生存率)进行比较。结果观察组近期临床疗效为93.02%高于对照组74.42%(P<0.05);观察组1年内复发率、转移率和生存率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调强适形放疗加后装放疗联合化疗的治疗方案有助于提高宫颈癌患者的临床疗效,而对1年内患者的复发率、转移率与总生存率无显著影响。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)plus brachytherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected for analysis.According to different treatment plans,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group adopted the treatment strategy of IMRT combined with chemotherapy,while the observation group received comprehensive treatment including IMRT,brachytherapy,and chemotherapy.The short-term clinical efficacy and one-year follow-up clinical indicators(including recurrence rate,metastasis rate,and overall survival rate)of the two groups were compared.Results The short-term clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than that of the control group at 74.42%(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of recurrence rate,metastasis rate,and survival rate within one year(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment plan of IMRT plus brachytherapy combined with chemotherapy can help improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cervical cancer,but has no significant effect on the recurrence rate,metastasis rate,and overall survival rate of patients within one year.
