摘要
医院放射管理工作是医疗体系中至关重要的一环,随着医学技术的发展和公众对医疗安全的关注度不断提高,放射管理工作的重要性日益凸显。探讨医院放射管理工作,通过对现行工作制度在人员管理、设备管理、辐射防护管理等方面的详细剖析,揭示制度执行中的优势与不足。基于此,提出针对性的管理干预措施,包括完善制度建设、强化人员培训与考核、优化设备全生命周期管理、加强辐射防护监测与管理等,旨在提升医院放射管理工作的科学性、规范性和安全性,保障医疗工作的顺利开展,保护医患人员的健康与安全。
Hospital radiology management is a crucial part of the medical system.With the development of medical technology and the increasing attention of the public to medical safety,the importance of radiology management has become increasingly prominent.This paper deeply discusses the work of radiation management in hospitals,through the detailed analysis of the current working system in personnel management,equipment management,radiation protection management and other aspects,reveals the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the system.Based on this,put forward targeted management intervention measures,including perfecting the system construction,strengthening personnel training and assessment,optimize equipment whole life cycle management,strengthen radiation protection monitoring and management,etc.,aims to improve the hospital radiation management of scientific,normative and safety,ensure the smooth development of medical work,protect the health and safety of doctorpatient personnel.
