摘要
目的探究线上远程与面对面嗓音训练对于声带小结节患者嗓音功能的影响。方法选取本院2020年11月—2023年12月收治的声带小结节患者40例作为研究对象,采取随机抽签的方式分为研究组和对照组,每组20例患者。其中,对研究组患者进行线上远程指导训练,对照组接受线下面对面指导训练,2个月后对两组患者的声学参数以及量表评分进行对比分析。结果两组患者的基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)对比训练前均有下降,最长发声时间(MPT)延长,且研究组的各项结果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组训练后嗓音嘶哑程度量表(GRBAS)评分低于对照组,且嗓音疲劳指数(VFI)量表结果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同嗓音训练方式会对声带小结节患者的嗓音功能产生影响,线上远程指导能够促进患者康复,同时合理利用医疗资源,临床还需结合患者实际情况调整训练方式。
Objective To investigate the impact of online remote versus face-to-face voice training on the vocal function of patients with vocal fold nodules.Methods Forty patients with vocal fold nodules treated at our hospital from November 2020 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly assigned into a study group and a control group,with 20 patients in each.The study group received online remote voice training,while the control group underwent face-to-face guidance.After two months,acoustic parameters and scale scores of both groups were compared.Results Both groups showed a decrease in jitter and shimmer,and an increase in maximum phonation time(MPT)compared to pre-treatment levels.The study group demonstrated better results than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the study group had lower GRBAS(Grade,Roughness,Breathiness,Asthenia,Strain)scale scores,and better results on the voice fatigue index(VFI)scale,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Different voice training modalities affect the vocal function of patients with vocal fold nodules.Online remote guidance can promote patient recovery and optimize the utilization of medical resources.Clinical practice should adjust the training methods according to the individual patient's condition.
