摘要
目的探讨超声造影在诊断肝脏原发性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选取浙江省庆元县中医院2022年9月—2024年3月收治的肝原发性肿瘤患者80例。所有患者均进行常规超声和超声造影检查,以及病理学检查。以病理检查结果为金标准,分析常规超声和超声造影的诊断检出结果,并对比常规超声和超声造影的诊断效能。结果80例患者的病理检查结果显示:共有65例阳性、15例阴性。常规超声检出50例阳性、30例阴性,超声造影检出结果显示63例阳性、17例阴性。超声造影的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为92.30%、80.00%、90.00%,常规超声灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为61.53%、33.33%、56.25%,超声造影诊断效能优于常规超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声造影在诊断肝脏原发性肿瘤中具有重要的应用价值,不仅提高了诊断肝脏原发性肿瘤原发性肝癌的准确性和可靠性,还为临床医生提供了更全面的诊断信息,有助于提高患者的治疗效果和生存质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary hepatic tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary liver tumors admitted to Qingyuan County Hospital of Zhejiang Province from September 2022 to March 2024 were selected.All patients underwent conventional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and pathological examinations.The diagnostic results of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were analyzed based on the gold standard of pathological examination results,and the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound was compared.Results The pathological examination results of 80 patients showed that there were 65 positive cases and 15 negative cases.Conventional ultrasound detected 50 positive cases and 30 negative cases,while contrastenhanced ultrasound showed 63 positive cases and 17 negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were 92.30%,80.00%,and 90.00%respectively,while those of conventional ultrasound were 61.53%,33.33%,and 56.25%respectively.The diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound was superior to that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound has significant application value in the diagnosis of primary hepatic tumors.It not only improves the accuracy and reliability of diagnosing primary hepatic tumors and primary liver cancer but also provides clinicians with more comprehensive diagnostic information,contributing to enhancing patient treatment outcomes and quality of life,thus having high clinical application value.
