摘要
本文系统挖掘整理了庄氏调神针法的历史源流,总结应用于临床中治疗卒中后抑郁的独特经验。调神针法起源于《黄帝内经·灵枢》,历经东晋、唐、宋、元等历朝历代的发展,至明清时已臻成熟,明代杨继洲和清代吴鞠通都系统总结过调神针法。广东省名中医庄礼兴教授博采众家之长,在结合古代和近现代各针灸名家经验的基础上,发展出具有岭南医派特色的庄氏调神针法,以调理神志的优选穴位组合为固定穴组,主要穴位选择四神针、智三针、定神针、四关、百会、神庭、印堂、素髎、水沟、三阴交、内关、神门、申脉、照海等穴位,对于卒中后抑郁等疾病的治疗,具有疗效显著、副作用少、患者依从性强等优势,值得作为一项适宜技术在临床上广泛推广使用。
This article systematically explores and organizes the historical origin and development of the Zhuang's acupuncture for regulating spirit,and summarizes the unique experience of its application in the clinical treatment of post-stroke depression.Acupuncture for regulating spirit originated from the Ling Shu section of The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine.It has developed through the Eastern Jin,Tang,Song,Yuan and other dynasties,and reached maturity by the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Both Yang Jizhou of the Ming Dynasty and Wu Jutong of the Qing Dynasty systematically summarized acupuncture for regulating spirit.Professor Zhuang Lixing,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangdong Province,has drawn on the strengths of various schools of thought,based on the experiences of ancient and modern acupuncture masters,he has developed the Zhuang's acupuncture for regulating spirit with the characteristics of the Lingnan Medical School.This method uses the preferred combination of acupoints for regulating spirit as the fixed acupoint group.The main acupoints selected include the Sishenzhen,Zhisanzhen,Dingshenzhen,Siguan,Baihui,Shenting,Yintang,Suliao,Shuigou,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Shenmen,Shenmai,and the Zhaohai.These acupoints have significant therapeutic effects,few side effects,and strong patient compliance in the treatment of post-stroke depression and other diseases.They are worthy of being widely promoted and used as an appropriate technique in clinical practice.
