针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘要目的探讨针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年6月北京市朝阳区双桥医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组则予以针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗前后腰椎功能评分、疼痛和睡眠障碍评分、不良反应总发生率以及疗效满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者的生活自理、行走、坐、站立、睡眠评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的生活自理、行走、坐、站立、睡眠评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的疼痛和睡眠障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的疼痛和睡眠障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的疗效总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,改善睡眠,治疗安全性高,患者的疗效满意度高,值得应用。 Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shuangqiao Hospital of Chaoyang District in Bejing City from March 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was given acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The lumbar function scores,pain and sleep disorder scores,total incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of self-care,walking,sitting,standing and sleep between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-care,walking,sitting,standing and sleep in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the pain and sleep disorder scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain and sleep disorder scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The total satisfaction with the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,relieve pain,improve sleep,has high treatment safety,and patients have high satisfaction with the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of application.
