摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物与天麻素联合治疗伴有眩晕、耳鸣的突发性感音神经性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月赣州市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的150例伴有眩晕、耳鸣的突发性感音神经性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为试验组、对照1组、对照2组,每组50例。对照1组采用银杏叶提取物治疗,对照2组采用天麻素注射液治疗,试验组采用银杏叶提取物联合天麻素注射液治疗。比较三组的临床疗效、纯音测听(PTA)阈值、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、凝血功能、炎症应激反应等指标。结果试验组治疗后的总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。试验组治疗后的PTA阈值、VAS评分低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的血小板聚集率及血浆黏度低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)水平均高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴有眩晕、耳鸣的突发性感音神经性耳聋患者,给予银杏叶提取物联合天麻素治疗,整体有效性优于单一用药及传统疗法,对于患者的听力水平与疼痛症状改善效果突出,且能够有效调节凝血功能与炎症应激指标,整体疗效突出。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract combined with Gastrodin in the treatment of sudden sensorineural deafness accompanied by vertigo and tinnitus.Methods A total of 150 patients with sudden sensorineural deafness accompanied by vertigo and tinnitus admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to different treatment plans,with 50 patients in each group.Control group 1 was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract,control group 2 was treated with Gastrodin Injection,and the experimental group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract combined with Gastrodin Injection.The clinical efficacy,pure tone audiometry(PTA)threshold,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,coagulation function,inflammatory stress response and other indicators were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of control group 1 and that of control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).The PTA threshold and VAS score of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and nitric oxide(NO)in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in control group 1 and control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden sensorineural deafness accompanied by vertigo and tinnitus,the overall effectiveness of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract combined with Gastrodin is better than that of single drug use and traditional therapy.It has outstanding effects on improving the hearing level and pain symptoms of patients,and can effectively regulate coagulation function and inflammatory stress indexes,with outstanding overall curative effect.
