摘要
药学教育培训者是药学从业人员职业发展高级阶段的一项重要角色选择,其能力表现决定了药学教育培训的质量水平,关系到药学事业的可持续发展。长期以来,对于药学教育培训者应具备哪些关键能力,业内未能形成统一的认识和明晰的标准。国际药学联合会2022年发布了全球首个药学教育培训者能力框架(FIP-GCFE),为全球药学教育者和培训者制定了一套能力要求,提供了教育培训能力发展的指导建议和辅助工具。本文对该框架进行介绍和解读,以期为国内开展针对高级药学从业人员教育培训能力方面的评估与培训提供借鉴与参考。
Becoming a pharmacy educator or trainer is one of the essential directions for those pharmacists in their advanced stage of development.The competence of these individuals directly influences the quality of pharmacy education and training,thereby impacting the sustainable development of the pharmacy profession.How-ever,the lack of consensus within the profession has thus far precluded the establishment of a definitive set of key competencies that pharmacy educators and trainers should possess.In 2022,the International Pharmaceutical Fed-eration(FIP)released the inaugural Global Competency Framework for Educators and Trainers in Pharmacy(FIP-GCFE),which established a set of competency requirements for pharmacy educators and trainers from around the globe.The framework provides a comprehensive set of guidelines and instruments to facilitate the development of educational and training competencies. The article introduces and interprets this framework to provide insights and references for domestic efforts to assess and enhance the educational and training competencies of the advanced pharmacy workforce.
