摘要
目的:分析PDCA循环模式在静脉药物配置中心感染管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的患者100例作为对照组,选取2024年1—12月收治的患者100例作为研究组,两组患者的药物由静脉药物配置中心同一批工作人员调配。对照组实施常规管理模式,研究组实施PDCA循环模式。对比两组管理效果。结果:研究组工作人员感染风险意识、日常工作流程、管理制度、感染控制效果评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组患者感染发生率低于对照组(P=0.041)。结论:PDCA循环模式在静脉药物配置中心感染管理中的应用效果显著,可提高管理质量,降低患者感染发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle mode in infection management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study group.The drugs of patients in the two groups were dispensed by the same batch of staff in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services.The control group implemented the routine management mode,and the study group implemented the PDCA cycle mode.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of infection risk awareness,daily work flow,management system,infection control effect and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.041).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle mode has significant application effects in the infection management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,and can improve the quality of management and reduce the incidence of infection among patients.
