摘要
目的:分析家庭支持综合护理在老年轻度认知障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月上海市长宁区江苏街道社区卫生服务中心收治的老年轻度认知障碍患者60例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为参比组(n=30,给予常规护理),分析组(n=30,给予家庭支持综合护理)。比较两组干预效果。结果:护理后,两组家庭支持情况自评量表评分均较护理前高,汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均较护理前低,且分析组改善幅度较参比组大(P<0.001)。护理后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表、改良Barthel指数评定量表、简易智力状态检查量表评分较护理前高,且分析组较参比组高(P<0.001)。结论:针对老年轻度认知障碍患者采用家庭支持综合护理,可改善患者认知功能、心理状态及家庭支持程度,提高其日常生活能力。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of family support comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment admitted to Shanghai Changning District Jiangsu Subdistrict Community Health Service Center from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group(n=30,routine nursing)and the analysis group(n=30,family support comprehensive nursing).The intervention effeets were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Family Support Self--rating Scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Self--rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Self-rating Scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the improvement in the analysis group was greater than that in the refrence group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale,modified Barthel Index rating scale and Mini-Mental State Examination scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Family support comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment can improve their cognitive function,psychological state,family support and activities of daily living.
