基于碳管理平台的新能源电池供应链减排决策

摘要 针对新质生产力中的战略性新能源电池产业存在碳足迹难以测算的问题,基于集中、分散决策机制,构建碳管理平台下的新能源电池供应链减排决策模型。研究表明:碳管理平台通过降低企业碳排放运营成本、优化碳足迹,进而提升供应链减排水平和收益;当碳管理平台成本低于阈值时,企业的占优决策为使用碳管理平台;集中决策更利于减排,分散决策下上下游同时减排时效果次之,且收益因减排研发成本系数变动;仅一方减排时,不减排方存在搭便车行为。 Regarding the problem that the strategic new energy battery industry in the new productive forces has difficulties in measuring the carbon footprint,the article,based on the mechanisms of centralized and decentralized decision-making,a new energy battery supply chain emission reduction decision-making model under the carbon management platform was constructed.Itis shown that the carbon management platform optimizes the carbon footprint by reducing the operating costs of enterprise carbon emissions,thus improving the emission reduction level and benefits of the supply chain.The dominant decision for enterprises is to use the carbon management platform when the cost of the platform is lower than the threshold.Centralized decision-making is more conducive to emission reduction.When both upstream and downstream parties reduce emissions simultaneously under decentralized decision-making,the effect is second-best,and the benefits vary due to the research and development coefficient of the emission reduction cost.When only one party reduces emissions,the party that does not reduce emissions has a free-rider behavior.
