高性能双层排水路面技术在茂湛改扩建高速宽幅路面的应用

摘要 为指导广东及类似气候地区双层排水沥青路面的结构设计与施工,明确其关键施工参数和控制要点,首先通过洒布不同掺量的黏层油,研究其对路面排水性能的影响,其次,研究不同碾压方式对沥青结构排水性能的影响。结果表明:黏层油的洒布量及碾压方式显著影响排水性能,且排水性能主要与内部连通空隙率相关;双层排水沥青路面相比单层结构具有声学上的优势。 In order to guide the structural design and construction of double-layer drainage asphalt pavement in Guangdong and similar climate areas,the key construction parameters and control points are clarified.Firstly,the influence of different amounts of tack coat oil on the drainage performance of pavement was studied.Secondly,the influence of different rolling methods on the drainage performance of asphalt structure was studied.The results show that the amount of sticky layer oil and the rolling method significantly affect the drainage performance,and the drainage performance is mainly related to the internal connected porosity.The results also show that the double-layer drainage asphalt pavement has acoustic advantages over the single-layer structure.
