后压浆技术对灌注桩抗拔性能影响试验研究

摘要 本文以深圳某实际工程为研究背景,利用静载试验测试了4根灌注桩的抗拔承载力,结合超声波检测与低应变检测,分析了注浆前后桩身完整性及桩顶位移的变化规律。试验结果表明,后压浆技术可以使灌注桩的抗拔承载力显著提高。研究成果验证了后压浆技术在沿海软土地区超高层建筑桩基工程中的有效性,为后压浆技术在抗拔桩领域的标准化应用提供了技术参考。 In this paper,a practical project in Shenzhen was taken as the research background.The pullout bearing capacity of four cast-in-place piles was tested by static load test.Combined with ultrasonic detection and low strain detection,the change law of pile integrity and pile top displacement before and after grouting was analyzed.The test results show that the post-grouting technology can significantly enhance the pullout bearing capacity of cast-in-place piles.The research results have verified the effectiveness of post-grouting technology in pile foun‐dation engineering of super high-rise buildings in coastal soft soil area,providing a technical reference for the standardized application of post-grouting technology in the field of pullout piles.
