摘要
随着经济的快速发展,我国对石油的需求日益增加,但国内许多油田已进入开发中后期,油田结垢问题严重影响原油生产。本文设计了一种新型电沉积除垢自动化装置,旨在解决油田采出水中的碳酸钙垢问题。该装置采用电化学除垢技术,具有环保、高效、操作简便等优点,能够有效去除成垢离子,提高集输系统运行效率及安全。装置设计考虑了除垢效果、稳定性、节能性能、自动化控制、耐腐蚀性、极板自动清洗和前置除油功能。实验部分通过不同电流密度和水体流速的除垢实验,验证了装置的有效性。本装置为油田电沉积除垢技术的应用提供了试验基础,具有环境友好性,无需化学药剂,结构简单,便于推广使用。
With the rapid development of the economy,China's demand for petroleum has been increasing.However,many oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of development,where scaling issues severely affect crude oil production.This paper presents the design of a new automated electrodeposition descaling device aimed at addressing calcium carbonate scale in oilfield produced water.The device employs electrochemical descaling technology,offering advantages such as environmental friendliness,high efficiency,and ease of operation.It effectively removes scaling ions,improving the operational efficiency and safety of gathering and transportation systems.The design considers factors such as descaling effectiveness,stability,energy efficiency,automated control,corrosion resistance,automatic electrode cleaning,and pre-oil removal functionality.Experimental validation was conducted through descaling tests under varying current densities and water flow rates,confirming the device's efficacy.This device provides an experimental foundation for the application of electrodeposition descaling technology in oilfields,featuring environmental benefits,chemical-free operation,a simple structure,and ease of widespread adoption.
