摘要
传统的海洋石油平台建造受场地条件、工期限制、环境限制等因素的干扰与影响,使得海洋石油平台的翻台率大幅降低,为了提高海洋石油平台的翻台率,提出利用海洋石油平台一体化建造工艺的同时,重点介绍了配管和电仪讯专业在总装阶段的施工内容及施工管理方法,通过项目管理手段,按照一体化工艺需求调整施工顺序,结合具体项目数据深入分析总装阶段一体化工艺成效,结果表明海洋平台在总装阶段采用一体化工艺建造实现了整体提效45.1%,为后续平台陆地建造提质增效提供了可借鉴经验。
The construction of traditional offshore oil platforms is interfered and affected by factors such as site conditions,construction period limitations,and environmental restrictions,which significantly reduces the turnover rate of offshore oil platforms.In order to increase the turnover rate of offshore oil platforms,the integrated construction technology of offshore oil platforms is proposed.Meanwhile,the construction content and construction management methods of the piping,electrical,instrumentation,and communication specialties in the final assembly stage are mainly introduced.Through project management means,the construction sequence is adjusted according to the requirements of the integrated technology.The effectiveness of the integrated technology in the final assembly stage is deeply analyzed in combination with specific project data.The results show that the use of the integrated technology in the final assembly stage of offshore platforms has achieved an overall efficiency increase of 45.1%,providing reference experience for improving the quality and efficiency of subsequent platform onshore construction,and enabling the efficiency improvement of final assembly to reach a new level.
