摘要
土茯苓含有皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类、酚酸与有机酸类及挥发油等多种化学成分。具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等药理作用。临床上,土茯苓用于痛风、皮肤病、免疫疾病及妇科疾病等。此外,土茯苓具有药膳价值,常被用于煲汤等食疗方法。作为一种传统中药,土茯苓因其丰富的化学成分、广泛的药理作用和广阔的临床应用前景而受到越来越多的关注。尽管如此,近年来关于土茯苓的研究综述相对较少。因此,本文旨在综述土茯苓在化学成分、质量检测与临床应用方面的研究进展,为土茯苓的进一步开发、资源利用及质量评价提供参考。
The Chinese herb,Smilax glabra,contains various chemical components such as saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides,phenolic acids and organic acids,as well as volatile oils.It has pharmacological effects including anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,and immunosuppression.Clinically,Smilax glabra is used for gout,skin diseases,immune disorders,and gynecological diseases.Additionally,it has medicinal food value and is often used in soups and other dietary therapies.As a traditional Chinese medicine,Smilax glabra has attracted increasing attention due to its rich chemical composition,extensive pharmacological effects,and broad clinical application prospects.Despite this,there have been relatively few review articles on Smilax glabra in recent years.Therefore,this article aims to summarize the research progress of Smilax glabra in terms of chemical composition,quality control,and clinical application,providing a reference for its further development,resource utilization,and quality evaluation.
