摘要
平煤一矿戊8-32180中抽巷拟采用TBM掘进,为避免掘进期间,由于对工作面前方地层岩性分布勘探不准确而导致误揭煤事故。通过在戊8-32140机抽巷,向预掘区域施工定向钻孔,采用自然伽马测井技术对施工钻孔进行钻孔测井,通过分析钻孔轨迹信息与自然伽马等参数的变化特性,详细描述预掘区域煤层及周围岩层的分布特征,并推算戊9-10煤层底板标高。结果显示:戊8-32180中间低抽巷距巷口577~955 m内,戊9-10煤层底板标高为-783.66~-774.76 m,由外向里标高逐渐增大,戊9-10煤层底板岩性以泥岩、砂质泥岩为主,部分区域发育有厚度不等的粉砂岩,勘察结果为TBM快速掘进安全提供保障。
The middle bottom pumping lane of V_8-32180 in No.1 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian′an Coal Co.,Ltd.is planned to be excavated by TBM,in order to avoid coal mining accidents caused by inaccurate exploration of the lithology distribution of the strata in front of the working face during excavation.By conducting directional drilling in the pre excavation area of the V_8-32140 middle machine bottom pumping lane,natural gamma logging technology was used to perform drilling logging on the construction boreholes.By analyzing the trajectory information of the boreholes and the variation characteristics of parameters such as natural gamma,the distribution characteristics of the coal seams and surrounding rock layers in the pre excavation area were described in detail,and the elevation of the bottom plate of the V9-10coal seam was calculated.The results show that within the range of 577-955 m from the entrance of the low pumping roadway in the middle of V_8-32180,the elevation of the bottom plate of the V9-10coal seam is-783.66 to-774.76 m,gradually increasing from the outside to the inside.The lithology of the bottom plate of the V9-10coal seam is mainly mudstone and sandy mudstone,and some areas have varying thicknesses of sandstone.The survey results provide a guarantee for the safety of TBM rapid excavation.
