摘要
根据生态环境部《关于加强噪声监测工作的意见》,2023年长沙市组织开展声环境质量监测站(点)规范性评估及拟设站(点)选取工作,结合长沙市近年来发展情况及未来五年发展部署,通过充分调查和分析,对长沙市现有声环境质量监测点位进行全面分析,完善城市声环境监测网络。按各类标准适用区面积、建成区占比,通过点位普查、现场监测、兼顾噪声自动监测仪器安装条件等因素,在原有监测点位基础上根据实际情况和发展需求进行长沙市声环境自动监测点位布设。确定长沙市功能区声环境质量自动监测站(点)20个,其中:1类功能区1个,2类功能区12个,3类功能区4个,4a类功能区3个。保障全面实现功能区声环境质量自动监测。
According to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the Opinions on Strengthening Noise Monitoring Work,Changsha City organized and carried out the standardized assessment of acoustic environment quality monitoring stations(sites)and the selection of proposed stations(sites)to improve the urban acoustic environment monitoring network in 2023.Based on the recent development status of Changsha City and its development plan for the next five years,a comprehensive analysis of the existing acoustic environment quality monitoring sites in Changsha City has been conducted through thorough investigation and research.By taking into account factors such as the area of various standard applicable zones,the proportion of built-up areas,point census,on-site monitoring,and the installation conditions of automatic noise monitoring instruments,the layout of automatic monitoring points for the acoustic environment in Changsha City was revised and optimized according to the actual situation and development needs,based on the original monitoring points.A total of 20 automatic monitoring stations(sites)for acoustic environment quality in functional zones in Changsha City were determined,among which there was 1 in the first type of functional zone,12 in the second type,4 in the third type,and 3 in the 4a type.This ensures the full realization of automatic monitoring of the acoustic environment quality in functional zones.
