核电冷源取水海域浮游生物量季节变化——以FCG核电厂为例

Seasonal Variation of Zooplankton Biomass in the Cold Source Sea——A Case Study of FCG Nuclear Power Plan

摘要 当前,滨海核电厂冷源安全事件频发引起多方关注,加强冷源监测预警能力势在必行。在FCG核电厂冷源取水海域,于2023年冬季至2024年秋季间开展航次调查,针对浮游动物生物量和海水物理因子进行取样分析;冬季(10-12月份)的海洋浮游生物量最高,平均值达到350.68 mg/m^(3);夏季(4-6月份)最低,平均值仅为146.82 mg/m^(3);通过对海水物理因子,包括温度(Tem)、盐度(S)、浊度(NTU)和溶解氧(DO)与浮游动物生物量的效应进行广义加性模型建模分析(P<0.001),发现温度和溶解氧对浮游动物生物量有显著的相关性;盐度和浊度对浮游动物生物量无显著的影响。本研究为滨海核电厂提高监测预警能力提供参考。 In recent years,the frequent occurrence of cold source safety events at the marina nuclear power plant has caused much concern.In order to improve the cold source monitoring and early warning capability,this study conducted a cruise survey in the cold source sea area of Guangxi Fangchenggang nuclear power plant between winter 2023 and fall 2024.The aim is to sample and analyze zooplankton biomass and seawater physical factors.The results showed that zooplankton biomass was highest in winter(October,November,and December)with a mean value of 350.68 mg/m^(3) and lowest in summer(April,May,and June)with a mean value of only 146.82 mg/m^(3).A generalized additive model analysis(P<0.001)of the effects of seawater physical factors,temperature(Tem),salinity(Sal),turbidity(NTU),and dissolved oxygen(DO)on zooplankton biomass revealed that Tem and DO had a significant effect on zooplankton biomass;Sal and NTU did not have a significant effect on zooplankton biomass.This study provides information and experience to improve the monitoring and early warning capacity of the coastal nuclear power plant.
